Time to check out New England’s Premier Daily Fee Golf Club. Pine hills was created to rival the country’s most prestigious golf clubs with world class public golf and facilities. Set inStarted our day out strong with a 1 hour rain delay (welcome to summer 2023 in New england), but took advantage of all Pine Hills has to offer - including their massive range and short game area that are included with your round.

If you’re coming into town, make sure you get there early and take full advantage. There is a brand new locker room with everything you need

Thanks to poor planning, we booked the tee time the night before we only had the chance to play the Jones course but man did this not disappoint.

CONDITIONS:
Jones features favorable sized fairways with constant elevation changes that force you to hit multiple good shots each hole. The fairways are protected on both sides by deep forests of pine trees. Some greens are massive making for a challenge to 2 putt especially above the hole. Water hazard only comes into play on a few holes but if you don’t hit the fairway, you might as well retee. At almost 7200 yards from the tips, make sure you dial in the driver on that range before playing or this place will eat you alive. Overall conditions were spectacular, felt like I was at a private golf club with true attention to detail on every spec of the course - hats off to Joe Felicetti - superintendent.

VALUE:

Value of the course is always subjective to what you want to pay. However, I’m a huge believer in you get what you pay for and Pine Hills is a prime example of that. $150 for a peak season morning round, you get 18 holes with a cart, access to the range, practice area, and clubhouse facilities. Looking to impress some business guests but you aren’t a member at Old Sandwich? Look no further. Possibly the best bang for your buck in the area. Make the most of your time and don’t plan for a quick afternoon 9.

ATMOSPHERE:

The atmosphere is fantastic at Pine Hills - a bit chaotic to start the day where it felt like a free for all to get a cart and set up at the range but we ended the day with a few beers at the East Bay Grille with plenty of seating, good eats, and good people.
